• Provide a way for people to submit comments, positive and negative, about experiences in NZ health services. Hospitals, GPs, old people's homes, disability support services etc.

• Provide a way for people to view all the feedback & data on a specific health provider, or (eg) browse all data relating to a particular health condition, or filter by geographical area.

• Not intended to be a replacement for making a complaint to the Health and Disability Commissioner

• Health services would be identified. Service users (patients) would not be identified.

• Get Health and Disability Commissioner to release complaints data.

• Get health services to release their incident report type data.

• Collate news articles, blog posts etc on relevant topics.

• Link to relevant records onWhat Do They Know NZ (repository for OIA requests)

• Link to information (info including stats on decisions) on NZ Health Practitioners Disciplinary Tribunal.
