Far too many people hung back from putting up a discussion starter or adding ideas on

New rule: if you have presented at the last 2 Barcamps, your job is to find someone new that you don't know and encourage them to lead a discussion

Venue is a bar - with tables and chairs where people can gather for conversations

A way for offsite 'attendees' to contribute - maybe a special Tweet tag like #isay that onsite attendees can notice and announce
